1. Visitors are allowed in guest’s room only on request by submitting proper ID proof & it is
sole discretion of the hotel.
2.Any disturbance to other guests due to drunken or violent behaviour will lead to
appropriate action against the responsible person.
3.Any loss or damage to the linen, crockery, electrical appliances, bathroom fittings or any
amenities will be charged from the responsible guest as per hotel policy.
4.The hotel reserves the right to collect advance amount or full amount of the total
amount due-at the time of check-in.
5.Our standard check-in time is 12 noon & check-out time is 11 A.M.
6.Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable.
7.Check-in before 6 A.M. & check out after 5 P.M. will be charged full day traffic.
8.Early check-in between 6 A.M. to 10 A.M. & late check-out between 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. will
be charged as per policy.
9.While leaving from room please switch off the AC, light & all electric appliances.
10.Submit your room keys while leaving hotel premises.
11.Complimentary breakfast timing is from 07:30 A.M. till 10:30 A.M.
12.Room service will be available from 07:30A.M. till 11:30 P.M.
13.Please use cover (Mat/Paper) if you are eating on the bed.
14.If giving dinner order in guest house please provide food order on/before 10:30 P.M. for
dinner at night.
15.Please place complimentary breakfast order one night before. Complimentary breakfast
is only provided on/from next day morning of check-in date.
